I'm a noob.But how do you attach a scanned image to the web?HELP!!

Press the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the quick reply window. Then press the "Manage Attachements" button.

A small window should pop up allowing you to browse for and attach files to your post.

Or you could host it at a website like photobucket.com. Then you can place it wherever you want on the internet.
