I am tired of hearing people complain about their little personal problems. Today, of all days, on the goodest of Fridays, I heard someone complain because they had spilt her milk over the floor and she cried. However, I would just like to compare your complaining to what happened to that of Christ Jesus of Nazareth? 2000 years ago, Jesus was lashed repeatedly over and over again with a crown of thorn briars atop his head! He carried a heavy wooden cross through the streets towards that famous hill where he would be nailed to the said symbol of Christiandom. There, hanging, near-lifeless for all to see, he was ridiculed and mocked, and finally speared in the utmost painful death. I ask you, are your problems worthy of complaining for today? I find it appauling that you would be so heartless on today, the goodest of fridays, when 2000 years ago, my lord and savior died for you!

I'm not Christian or anything, but I get the post and all. Plus complaining about spilled milk is just lame any day. :P

Ouch!

Oh, so you're going to complain because the time is no longer right. Look at the first post, it's almost exact. So shut up, Jesus died 2000 years ago a terrible death!

Given that he was God Himself I think it's him who doesn't get to complain. Being, you know, able to stop the whole thing with less than a blink if he wanted to.

Jesus is plainly masochistic.

I get you. Any time I complain I get pissed at myself. And I tell people to just shut up whenever they complain about something so petty.... I do believe in Jesus and all that good stuff, and I feel sorry for Jesus and respect and admire what he did. Fully.

However....

Don't forget there are still people suffering today. What's past is past, and I believe we should focus on the atrocities going on today. Today IS Jesus's day though. I won't forget that.
...Literally CRYING OVER SPILT MILK... Utterly hilarious.

You guys dont have it bad until youve met my mom. All she does is bitch and moan about school/work/me etc. Its so annoying that i have to tune it out. Sometimes she starts crying about it, others she completley flips out at me for what went wrong. She'll tell me she hates me, get out of her house etc. This will all happen in two minutes over the cat peeing on the floor while i was in the other room or something. I swear she needs to get into an asylum.....fast

JC had it rough, but it was a long time ago and other than being a important historical figure his life doesn't really mean that much to me. Not that I feel like complaining at this moment.

Not everyone has the same beliefs as you do, don't go telling people to shut up just because they don't see the same things as you do when it comes to religion.
