Is it really banned? I was going around on Youtube, and someone said it was banned by Tom Cruise. I don't see how it could be, but ah well.

If anyone just wants a short little clip of the scene where Tom Cruise goes into the closet: http://youtube.com/watch?v=RRCK3Wi9Nv4&search=south%20park%20scientology

Don't mind the French subtitles. xD

Yeah, they pulled that episode after a lot of grief. That's where they came up with the idea of the last two weeks' episodes about networks needing to stick to their guns and either air every episode or none of them. Pick on everyone, or pick on no one. etc...

I appreciate Trey for pissing Tom off so much. Nice one.

Although that episode pushed the limit on making fun of people and culture, the last two episode (Cartoon Wars Part 1 & 2) have been really worse.

I still can't believe that Comedy Central censored them, even though Muhammad has appeared in the show before (The Super Best Friends) and has appeared in the begining sequence since then:

Comedy Central didn't censor anything, it was part of the joke to not show him.

Although they didn't physically censor it, it was required that they didn't show him at all, so Matt and Trey made the censor themselves.

"It has come out via AP television writer David Bauder that Comedy Central did in fact, citing safety concerns, opt to censor the image of Muhammad, a situation that was satirized in "Cartoon Wars Part II." Furthermore, instead of showing an image of Muhammad, Stone and Parker opted to show images of Christ, Bush and the American flag being defecated upon..."

I can't get the file to work. Is there a certain media player I need to view it?

It's on realplayer.

If your using Firefox it will just open a blank tab when you click it, but if you click on tools then downloads you'll see it downloading and it will start playing when it's done.
