Help with Parasite Eve

I'm only in day 2, but i need help. I'm at the zoo looking for that kid Ben, but I don't know what rto do. Think I need to get a key...anyone got an idea?:mog:

Next to the main save point in the area in an office looking room is a bed thing you can move. It's really touchy about moving it though, you have to be JUUuuUUst right and all that. This took me forever to figure out too.
