I mean really, United Statiens drink too much coffee, I really don't know 'bout other countries, but it's absurd how addicted to it most people in this country are to coffee, who agrees?

The United States is pretty tame in its coffee consumption compared to a lot of European countries.

Coffee is disgusting. And lately people are going all urbane by socializing two on two in fancy sofa's in fancy coffee houses with their modern haircut and their modern glasses, looking all important with their different shaped coffee cup, taking a sip of their special latte moccaspresso double foamylicious cappucino. Then they casually catch up on the latest news in their newspaper, in a "I'm urbane, and so is my haircut!" kinda way.

This doesn't bother me at all. :mad2:

Well I really don't like Europe anyway :eep:

We don't like you either.

I personally don't drink coffee, but I don't see what the problem is with other people doing it.

Yeah, I'd definitely say the US is leaps and bounds beyond the next highest country in soda consumption. :(

There's nothing wrong with a bit of a caffeine boost to help get you through the day. Coffee is not meaningless, it serves a clear and useful purpose.

That line! that annoying and untruthful line is the one I hate the most. Gives you a high which will bring you down later in the day:eep: I'd rather have a HEALTHY breakfast which will give me all the energy I need.

True, what goes up must come down. But experiencing a low later in the day when you probably aren't doing anything of great importance doesn't matter as much as when you need a lift earlier in the day when you may be working to a deadline. It's all a matter of what works for the individual in question.

I thought coffee was rubbish. Until I drank vanilla coffee. Vanilla coffee is coffee that is good. Much unlike regular coffee.

I think coffee smells wonderful and tastes horrible. I love walking down the coffee bean aisle at the market. Mmm... yummy coffee aroma.

I like my coffee black also. :)

If it weren't for coffee I would be dead in the mornings and I like being lively and prepared to take tests at wee hours in the morning. When I get home it's time to relax, so whatever works to give me that boost throughout the school day. I'm not saying it isn't bad for you, but if I'm not drinking coffee, I bring a soda to class. Caffeine has already become an essential part of my diet and I kind of like staying up late, so I don't really care how it's effecting my body at this point.

I don't like the smell or taste of coffee, though I might learn to like it in college. :p I don't drink soda, either, so I'm going to have to find some source of caffeine to keep me up.

Coffee smells like crap. It tastes good when it's almost completely overpowered with french vanilla coffeemate, but I've only had coffee twice ever.

My Dad spilled coffee on my camera and on my phone, and both still smell like coffee, and I hate it.

I love black coffee.

At least I do in the morning. And it's tolerable till lunchtime, but not anytime after that. No fat/sugar Cappachinos are also .

I like stabbing myself in the face.

Edit:* Er...figured we were talking about the nasty things we put ourselves through.

I prefer any coffee I drink drowned in sugar and milk. I'm talking Biblical floods.
