It's a spoof on GMs made by a regular player. He posted this on Livejournal too. So yeah, it's not real.

Of course they do. GMs get a lot of crap. There's lots of idiots out there who call them about the stupidest stuff. The only time I've ever called a GM was when I was sexually harassed by a tarutaru named Dustpap.
