Okay, since I didn't get any tips on a NSG challenge, I just want to know now what challenges would be good for someone who wants to get into challenges and begin.

I've already thought of a NSG challenge, that sounds like a good beginning challenge.

I've also thought of doing a CES challenge, and a FFVIII low-level game (which isn't really a challenge, but it's funny).

So...what challenges would be good to start? And, what challenges have you done in FFs before? (Although for a few of you, we'd know anyway. :p) :cat:

Well I've done a solo Red Mage for FF1, the now infamous solo Edward for FF4 and No-Materia for FF7. I've thought about doing LLOKNOE challenge for FF3 (Low Level, Onion Knights, No Onion Equipment), but that's probably verging on the ridiculous.

Oh trust me, I do. But when you've played through the game (s) so many times, you need something to spice them up. :cat: And, I want to get into challenges.

Still, I'm not doing Necro's challenge, which is apparently impossible to complete the game with.

Yeah but the sad thing is some people UN-CONSCIOUSLY don't enjoy the game. Some of them SWEAR that they do but deep inside they look into stupid things like "why does Selphie like Irvine" or "why is Rikku so girly" "why did the story have to go this way" Instead of GRASPING and EMBRACING the story.

So yes, enjoying the game can be claimed by many but achieved by few.

Just because there is a problem doesn't mean they don't grasp and embrace the story, so I fail to see much relevance in that.

"why is Rikku so girly"

You typo'd either Kuja or Seymour, I can't tell which.

Okay then...

I guess I'll just do an NSG for now. But I really do want more recommendations. :cat:

Believe me I know what I'm saying. And I don't know what problem you're talking 'bout :meditate:

NSG is a good choice for a first challenge because it's not too difficult and it's pretty satisfying to have that end game save file with no nodes activated. Other good first challenges would be Final Fantasy VII No Materia challenge, Final Fantasy VI Low-Level Challenge, or Final Fantasy IX Level One Ozma Challenge. I think you're on the right track with NSG, though. You might consider just going all the way if you choose NSG and go NSGIE, never changing from your Initial Equipments.
