For the same reason Chocobos, Moogles, Crystals, and the Prelude are all in the game or referenced in some way or another. :cat: :)

The first Cid was in FFII, although in remakes of FFI, they mention a Cid in legend. :cat:

Who could forget Headmaster Cid...Cid is just one of those things that cannot vanish maybe one of the game producers is called Cid and that´s why there is always a Cid.

Although i prefer the Biggs and Wedge characters
