Play First Generation in PC

How do I? crazybayman say that you need ROM and emulator but I don't understand anything. Can someone tell me how to play the game and please put the links to the website that have the downloadable things.

You can emulate the games with an emulator and ROM files. But I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to give the links out on this site. it's extremely easy to look it t up on google though...

Just one question: Is it Free or do you have to pay for it?

Emulators and ROMs are free, you just find them and download them. A translation patch is sometimes needed too but they're often found in the same place as the ROM.
