Why does Riku look like Ansem?

Also is that Blind Folded Riku really Riku or just someone else with silver hair?

He basically went into the darkness, and consumed its power while taking on the form of Ansem, because that's what he wanted. It's all explained in game.

"Blind Folded Riku" is Riku with a blindfold.
