Ok, this thread shall be used to paste a song which deals with the emotions and/or situations you're going through at the moment, dicuss the lyrics a bit and if you choose to explain the situation. :tonberry:

All my emotions are directly tied to "Jr." from the Xenosaga Episode II soundtrack by Kajiura... Because she made all her lyrics up and they don't mean anything... X_x

Well, this is my situation song, is called "Matenme porque me Muero", and is of a group called Jaguares, or Caifanes:

Cuando me muera y me tengan que enterrar,
quiero que sea con una de tus fotografias,
para que no me de miedo estar abajo,
para que no se me olvide como es tu cara,
para imaginar que estoy contigo,
y sentirme un poquito vivo.

Matenme porque me muero,
matenme porque no puedo,
matenme porque me muero,
matenme porque no puedo.

Esta enfermedad es incurable,
esta enfermedad ni con un valium... No!

Cuando me muera y me tengan que enterrar,
quiero que sea con dulces y no con piedras,
por si alguna vez me buscais,
estare eternamente lejos,
como para darte solo flores,
te guardare mil estrellas.

Matenme porque me muero,
matenme porque no puedo,
matenme porque me muero,
matenme porque no puedo.

I made a traduction for those that can't understand spanish, but the song will loose meaning

When I die and they have to bury me,
I want it to be with one of your photos,
for have not fear to be down,
for not forget how is your face,
for imagine I'm with you,
and feel a little more alive.

Kill me because I'm dying,
kill me because I cannot,
kill me because I'm dying,
kill me because I cannot.

This sickness is incurable,
this sickness, not even with a valium... no!

When I die and they have to bury me,
I want it to be with candies and not with rocks,
for if sometimes you search for me,
I will be forever far,
as to only give you flowers,
I will keep for you one thousand stars.

kill me because i'm dying,
kill me because I cannot,
kill me because i'm dying,
kill me because I cannot.

I feel really bad now, because the love conflict I already said in other thread, and this songs really matchs what I feel u.u

I am going to post an excerpt from Dionne Warwick's song "Alfie."

"When you walk, let your heart lead the way, and you'll find love any day."

That's the definitive declaration on how I look at life today.

The situation type song for me would have to be (really only one line applies to my situation, I still like the song) One Slip by Pink Floyd. Here are the lyrics:

A restless eye across a weary room
A glazed look and I was on the road to ruin
The music played and played as we whirled without end
No hint, no word her honour to defend
I will, I will she sighed to my request
And then she tossed her mane while my resolve was put to the test
Then drowned in desire, our souls on fire
I lead the way to the funeral pyre
And without a thought of the consequence
I gave in to my decadence
One slip, and down the hole we fall
It seems to take no time at all
A momentary lapse of reason
That binds a life for life
A small regret, you won't forget,
There'll be no sleep in here tonight
Was it love, or was it the idea of being in love?
Or was it the hand of fate, that seemed to fit just like a glove?
The moment slipped by and soon the seeds were sown
The year grew late and neither one wanted to remain alone
One slip, and down the hole we fall
It seems to take no time at all
A momentary lapse of reason
That binds a life for life
A small regret, you won't forget,
There'll be no sleep in here tonight
One slip ... one slip

The line I put in bold fits perfectly with how I am right now. For me at least its hard trying to separate how you really feel for someone apart from how you think you should feel.

Damn...tough/emotional song that one is. Romantic Spanish songs are the best(IMO)....they really grasp emotions fully. But yeah, hope the song really helps you out

Not very easy to do when you're school...and worrying 'bout so many other things =/....but yeah it's very inspiring.

*points to Thanatos189* Hmmmmm I think it was love :D

This song helps me in situations with my old woman.

You are appreciated...

When I was young, me and my mama had beef
17 years old kicked out on tha streets
though back in tha time, I never thought I'd see her face
ain't a woman alive that can take my mommas place
suspended from school, scared ta go home
I was a fool with tha big boys breaking all tha rules
shed tears with my baby sister
over tha years we wuz poorer than tha other little kids
and even though we had different dadies
tha same drama when things went wrong we blamed mama
I reminised on tha stress I caused, it wuz hell
hugg'en on my mama from a jail cell
and who'ed think in elementry, heeeey i'd see tha penatentry
One day
running from tha Police, that's right
Momma catch me--put a whoop'en to my backside
and even as a crack fiend mama,
ya always was a black queen mama
I finally understand for a woman
it ain't easy--trying ta raise a man
ya always wuz commited, a poor single mother on welfare,
tell me how ya did it
there's no way I can pay ya back
but tha plan is ta show ya that I understand.
you are appreciated......

Laaaaady, don't cha know we luv ya
Sweeeet Laaaady, place no one above ya
Sweeeet Laaaady, don't cha know we luv ya

Ain't nobody tell us it wuz fair
no luv for my daddy, cause tha coward wuzn't there
he passed away and I didn't cry
cause my anger, wouldn't let me feel for a stranger
they say i'm wrong and i'm heartless
but all along I wuz looking for a father--he wuz gone
I hung around with tha thug's and even though they sold drugs
they showed a young brother luv
I moved out and started really hang'in
I needed money of my own so I started slang'in
I ain't guilty cause, even though I sell rocks
It feels good, putting money in your mailbox
I love paying rent when tha rents due
I hope ya got tha diamond necklace that I sent to you
cause when I wuz low, you was there for me
ya never left me alone, cause ya cared for me
and I can see ya coming home after work late
ya in tha kitchen trying ta fix us a hot plate
just working with tha scraps you wuz given
and mama made miracles every Thanksgiving
but now tha road got rough, your alone
trying ta raise two bad kids on your own
and there's no way I can pay ya back
but my plan is ta show ya that I understand
you are appreciated.....

Laaaaady, don't cha know we luv ya
Sweeeet Laaaady, place no one above ya
Sweeeet Laaaady, don't cha know we luv ya

pour out some liquor and I remenise
cause through tha drama, I can always depend on my mama
and when it seems that i'm hopeless
you say tha words that can get me back in focus
when I wuz sick as a little kid
ta keep me happy theres no limit to tha things ya did
and all my childhood memories
are full of all tha sweet things ya did for me
and even though I act craaaazy
I got ta thank tha Lord that ya maaaade me
There are no words that can express how I feel
Ya never kept a secret, always stayed real
and I appreciate how ya raised me
and all tha extra love that ya gave me
I wish I could take tha pain away
If you can make it through tha night, there's a brighter day
everything'll be alright if ya hold on
it's a strugle
everyday gotta roll on
and there's no way I can pay ya back
but my plan is ta show ya that I understand
you are appreciated.......

Laaaaady, don't cha know we luv ya
Sweeeet Laaaady, place no one above ya
Sweeeet Laaaady, don't cha know we luv ya, Sweeeet Laaaady

Laaaady...[fades]...Laaaady

Not to say my life was or is anything like that but it does give you a stronger appreciation for mothers, women-kind, and single moms in general.

A song to describe my emotions, and current situation, eh?

Well, that would have to be 4'33" by John Cage. It's almost eerie to how accurately it reflects my life right now.

System of a down- Dreaming

For today we will take the body parts and put them on the wall

For treated indigenously, digenously
Human right is private blue chip, pry

We're the prophetic generation of bottled water, bottled water
Causing poor populations to die, to die, to die (For treated
indigenously, digenously) (Human right is private blue chip, pry)

You, you went beyond and you lost it all Why did you go there From
beyond you saw it all why did you

We lost consumer confidence in casual karma, casual karma
Confetti, camouflage, camouflage, the flage, the flage
(For treated indigenously, digenously)
(Human right is private blue chip, pry)

We're the prophetic generation of bottled water, bottled water
Causing poor populations to die, to die, to die

(For treated indigenously, digenously)
(Human right is private blue chip, pry)

You, you went beyond and you lost it all Why did you go there From
beyond you saw it all why did you go there

She lost her mind
Someone kicked her into the back of the line

She lost her head
When they called and they said that they thought he was dead

Dreaming of screaming
Someone kick me out of my mind
I hate these thoughts I can't deny
Dreaming of screaming
Someone kick me out of my mind
I hate these thoughts I can't de--

We lost consumer confidence in casual karma, casual karma
Confetti, camouflage, camouflage, the flage, the flage (For treated
indigenously, digenously) (Human right is private blue chip, pry)

We're the prophetic generation of bottled water, bottled water
Causing poor populations to die, to die, to die

(For treated indigenously, digenously)
(Human right is private blue chip, pry)

You, you went beyond and you lost it all Why did you go there From
beyond you saw it all why did you

Dreaming of screaming
Someone kick me out of my mind
I hate these thoughts I can't deny

Dreaming of screaming
Someone kick me out of my mind
I hate these thoughts I can't deny

You will take the body parts and put them up on the wall And bring the
dark disaster

This song really seemed to capture my emotions, because of some things going on in my life now, there are just some things that i cannot deny that are right in front of me, and i have done some things and gone places where now that i look back, werent the smartest places to go.

I don't know right now - I'm on a bit of a rollercoaster. Think I'm on the way down at the moment, so maybe a Rob Dougan song. "Nothing At All" perhaps, or "I'm Not Driving Anymore".

Wow...all those songs suck sooo much. What the hell happened to the good old 80s days of Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, and Pat Benatar or the good old 70s days of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and AC/DC?

Freakin' A!

Ok! Sounds all right to me...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmkay? But the songs mentioned still sound like sucky 'underworld' crap and Madonna still rules, mmmmmmmmmmmmmkayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? For obvious reasons, I'll stick with the actual melody, rhythm and energy beat of the 70s and 80s instead of obnoxious noise (Not to say that 'underworld' music all sucks, but general 'Emo' music is pretty much as worthless as sentimental pulp writing).

Uncultured? Just because we haven't heard of an obscure and stylistically limited wanna-be musician means we're uncultured? Well excuse me if I haven't been in touch with current "high school counter culture" for the last 3 years. I haven't even heard of 'John Cage' but he's got to be a retarded idiot to go public and want to be taken seriously with a name that is almost identical to a Mortal Kombat character.

Well, here I go!!

this songs we are posting, are songs of how we feel, like example me.

I feel a great sorrow and anger in me, and I feel alone because I can't be with the girl I love anymore. Just like that, I hate this feeling and I what to be happy again, and the song fits with that feeling. Still, I will fight for a good future and find my happiness somewhere.

Is not the greatest and not the more perfect song you have heard, but still it brings that feeling.

I we were posting of what songs we like more, the songs would be completely different and start to fit with the common likes.

But right now are the songs of our actual feelings, this songs represent our feelings, what we are like, and your post sounds like our feelings are silly too, so please respect us and our feelings! :mad2:

Assassin in STEALTH...assailant hell...IMPERVIOUS TO DAMAGE. Computer on-board...engaged in a war...Non-stop combatant...Maybe not a mutant........maybe a man

Part BIONIC!
and ORGANIC!
NOT A CYBORG!
Call him PSYCHOTRON!!!

Burning inside:hot:...godspeed in glide. Battle plan running...a killing machine...just downright mean! And forever GUNNING. maybe not a mutant..............maybe a MAN!

Part BIONIC!
and ORGANIC!
NOT A CYBORG!
Call him Psychotron!!!

Everyday it feels as if I have to wear my fighting gear just to get through the day, and that's I take life....as a CONSTANT war(of words, of thoughts, of feelings, of power, of pressure). This song gets me pumped up and ready to push through anything and anyone.
