I don't know why I cannot bush into that lunatic whatever!?!?!?

Wow...um I'm not sure what's wrong. Try getting further away, then CHARGE!!! If that doesn't work then maybe you didn't complete a task or something, and if that doesn't work, then I don't know. :( Are you playing the PlayStation version or the PC version?

You should be able to simply approach it and enter; if that doesn't work, press confirm when you're close, or try different angles.

Do you mean side quests or what???

The only side quests I havent finished:
Chocobo forest, Luck-J scroll in Minde Isle (I dont know why I cannot find it in Minde Isle)
Oh and the White SeeD ship too. I had not give the naughty magazine to Zone but the ship disappeared in disc 3.

The Obel lake I think I finished...... I cannot find the rose again.

You never have to complete side quests to further the story, otherwise it isn't a sidequest. The White Seed ship may be what you need to find, I can't remember the sesquence of events exactly. But after the White Seed ship disappears you can find it in an alcove of Centra Continent. Go to gamefaqs.com, and you should be able to find where it is exactly.

After getting the Ragnarok you need to:

Go to the Sorceress' Memorial to rescue Rinoa
Go to Edea's house and follow Angelo to witness a scene between Squall and Rinoa
Leave and go to the Presidential Palace in Esthar

Once the scene there is over you should be back in the Ragnarok and able to enter the Lunatic Pandora.

I have done all the things above and Laguna is on the Ragnarok already.
But it still cannot bush into it......

maybe I should upload the save file to let you try?

They're the Ragnarok's engine exhausts. No idea why they're perfect squares though.
