I agree Yuri Hyuga is the best anti-hero in any game, and just a great protaganist in any game. Solid Snake is a great antihero too.

Well, since Zidane was "made" by Garland to be his "Angel of Death" doesn't that, subconciously, make him an Anti-Hero? He was on the loop throughout the first part of the game, but he did breakdown when he found out the truth.

The best anti-hero is definitely Kalas from Baten Kaitos, though. I mean, he's pretending to be a good guy for half of the game, but he's working for the bad guys the whole time.
