Easy Ap gain

Any person who needs Info on Ap gaining just reply. Now the best ways to gain ap are to have Overdrive>Ap weapons.

after about 1 1/2 hours research on dingoes i have found out many things. Now i have my character doing 9,999 damage with warrior mode on.

AP for Killing Dingo = 2 ap
AP for Overkilling Dingo= 4 ap
AP you get for Overdrive charge: 220 ap
Overdrive to ap:= 224 ap
Overdrive to ap + Double OD:= 444 ap
Overdrive to ap + Triple OD: = 664 ap
Overdrive to ap + Double OD + Triple OD:= 664 ap
Overdrive to ap + Double OD + Triple OD + Double AP:= 1328 ap
Overdrive to ap + Double AP: = 448 ap
Overdrive to ap + Triple AP: = 672 ap
Overdrive to ap + Double AP + Triple AP: 672 ap
Overdrive to ap + Triple OD + Triple AP: = 1992 AP
Overdrive to ap + SOS Overdrive: = 444 ap
Overdrive to ap + SOS Overdrive + Double OD = 444 ap
Overdrive to ap (Toss Hot Spurs): 224 ap ???
Overdrive to ap + SOS Overdrive (Toss Hot Spurs): 664 ap
Overdrive to ap + Double OD (Toss Hot Spurs): 664 ap
Overdrive to ap + Triple OD (Toss Hot Spurs): 884 ap ???
Overdrive to ap (Toss Eccentric): 444 ap

In Conclusion Hot Spurs is not a very useful Mix because it doesn't add 1.5 times overdrive as it says.
The Best Combo For Ap is Overdrive to ap + Triple OD + Triple AP. Using Mix will only get you so far.


The Best way to gain AP i found is by fighting a Don-Tonberry with everyone on Comrade with Overdrive>Ap and Triple Overdrive. Triple Ap is too time consuming to make (60 wings to discovery). But you could get it from One-Eye monster arena enemy. The whole armour will also be dropped by Ultima Buster (Very easy Original monster).

I think you have too much time on your hands. However, for the FFX newbs that actually think they might need to level up past a requirement for fighting an optional boss, this will be handy information. That's pretty dedicated of you.
