Ok, so here's the story:
The other night, me and Faris (http://forums.eyesonff.com/member.php?u=12550) were a-chattin' away using our computerising devices and microphones, when all of a sudden, I thought to myself: "You know what, Curtis m'boy? It would be really smashing if me and Faris (http://forums.eyesonff.com/member.php?u=12550) did a song together." I proposed we do a song together, and Faris (http://forums.eyesonff.com/member.php?u=12550), being the enthusiastic young lass that she is, was happy to take part in this musical endeavour. I picked up my plectrum and began to strum my guitar, whilst Faris (http://www.popmusic.com/subs-johnwashington/images/leanord_nimoy.jpg) provided the vocals.
The result is this:

Anyway, the point of this thread is, well, this is a musical thread and it is your duty to post examples of yourself singing and/or playing an instrument. So what are you waiting for? Get to it!

:monster:

P.S. Isn't it cool how I have that little yellow chocobo next to my post? :aimsun:

I already heard it once and it was magnificent and slightly insane, and now I have heard it again I can conclude that it is magnificent and slightly insane.

EDIT: Oh yeah I'm not recording myself. :(

Yay, I love these threads:

http://www.aiyon.com/rye/0wishinggood.wav <--- Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again (A Capella)

Nothing else, because in my opinion, I can't sing good anymore. :( Or at least, my long last cold is preventing me from singing good. I got a cold two weeks ago, and I still am not over it, vocally and chest-wise.

If I can do something with Audacity, I might just be as shameless as to post it.

You know, as much as I'd love to sing, I can't be bothered! xD You should have made this last night, when Danielle and I were singing. We could have recorded a random song. That would've rocked.

Much like kareoki night, I will sing, but only on request from someone else. I will try my hand at anything except anything from Grease*, so don't expect any electrifying lightning nonsense from me.

*Worse than Battlefield Earth, seriously

Tunefully song, Curt-y.

I could do HIM. I'm actually a better Ville Valo than Valo himself. So I don't need the whisky, because I'm skilled enough to get thta part of his voice anyway.
That... and I'm Irish. So I'm pretty much drunk all of the time.

I'm not quite sure, to be honest, but I think she mentions something about how the government should provide better public healthcare. Listen close and you will hear.

Curtis, I stand by my earlier bonus track statement. That song is just perfect as an end-of-album hidden gem. And Rye, that was fantastic. I knew you sang, but I never imagined you'd be that good. Bravo! :)

Keep 'em coming guys, it's really cool hearing you show off your talents. I'll post something when I get hold of a microphone, but I can't sing to save my life, so it'll most likely be just a guitar thing.

You'll have to wait until August when he comes back up to Edinburgh. I'll try to remember to get a recording this time.

We tears it up from dusk 'til dawn! Anyone who has been in a Y!M voice chat with us has heard Hakuna Matata already. :D

Edit: Man, we really suck. It's so awesome.

Edit2: I promise I will try and record my failing at instruments later today.
