Ever get charley horses in the arch of your foot? I got one yesterday when swimming. My left foot arch clenched up, and not it has a tiny little knot in the muscle i've been trying to masage out.

If I move my big toe the wrong way the arch cramps up and hurts like hell until i can manage to work it out.

They're pretty annoying. But if you stand up, they go away right away.

If I found a horse in my foot, cramps would be the least of my worries.

I thought it would be fun to make an image search on charley horses, but it really wasn't. :(

I used to get cramp mainly in my legs, but that's because they're too long for my body. I now never get cramps, primarily because I do so much exercise and stretching to avoid it. I swear, no matter how much you think cramps in your foot hurt, you haven't experienced pain until you've had cramp in your thigh. Trust me, waking up in the middle of the night and be in agony for apparently no reason is nothing short of terrifying.

I get them all the time, even though I'm not an active person. I'm just lounging around and then all of a sudden my foot is trying to burst outside itself or whatever. Perhaps I am being punished for something.

a couple of times when I was asleep, I got mondo cramps in my upper calf under my knee, those made me cry;o

sometimes when I curl my feet up the muscle under the arch of my foot hurts, but that hasn't nothing on the other one.

I've been getting them while sleeping. That's one of the worst things to wake up to...:(

I only get them in my upper back calf and upper front thigh, normally when I sleep at night. I have woken up sometimes and just started punching the muscle, it hurt so bad. Never got one in my feets, though.

I had that a few times yesterday, I just shake it until it stops hurting.
