How often do you change your sig/avatar?

I change my avatar very rarely, and the same for my signature. I had my first signature in mid-2001, the second one at early 2002, the third one at late 2002 and I've had my current (the fourth) signature ever since late 2003. I change my custom rank every now and then, although I changed it to my current one after the last Ciddies.

Sigs, it depends. I used to never even use sigs, or if I did, it would be simply a line of text or a link to my journal or something. Now I've been switching every few months or so. I switched back to my duck one because it is my favorite one and it was made by my favorite person.

I change my avatar ever so often. Usually, I like to put a character with dark skin (chaos from xenosaga for example) as my avatar so people will know I'm black. I also like my avatars to look unisexual, that way people won't be able to tell whether I'm male or female. I haven't changed my sig ever since I joined this site, but that's prone to change.

Just changed mine from a Transmetropolitan set (Awesome US print comic) to a Monster set (Even more awesome manga), using "The Nameless Monster" (A children's storybook within the series) as the base. It's not been that long that I've had the Transmetropolitan set, but as soon as I thought of making a Monster set, I just had to XD

It used to be every few months, but not so often anymore. I don't have the time to play around in Photoshop and I like the theme that I have now. Dr Unne drew it after visiting here last summer when Potato Guns were all the rage. :)

Although, I will use my Lily White theme again in the near future regardless of who gets freaked out. :)

I've only ever changed my avatar once. I don't see the need to change avatars all the time. They are a person's identity!

I changed my avatar several times at first, then I found one I liked, so I'm keeping it. I also used to change my sig every couple of months. I don't know how long I'll keep my current one, though. I've been messing around with Photoshop recently (thank you Fireemblem776 ;) ) and if I make one I really like, I'll change it. Untill then, it stays.

Whenever I see something I think is very cool or I'm really interested in I change it, but I make sure to keep them in themes. When I first saw The Colbert Report, I had a Stephen Colbert theme, before this one I had a screen of Wario from the Super Smash Bros. Brawl trailer, and now my new favorite Flash animation/song is my theme.

On average, each one lasts about a month or so. I think my longest was an animated Freedan from Illusion of Gaia for avatars, and the HABAAPN sig from the Elections for sigs.

I've had this one forever and I don't plan on changing it. Plus the people who gave me the avatar and signature are very special to me. Also, my computer is ghetto and I think making a set would be impossible.

Very often indeed. When I'm making sigs in photoshop I change it every time I make something I like. Sometimes it's once a week, sometimes I change it the day after. Sometimes I make too many sigs though. :p
