Yeah so I thought it would be interesting (even though im usually not up for celebrity gossip) to see which famous people everyone met, where and when, and also whether you talked to the person - or 'it' in the case of Mr Blobby - etc.

Right so my family had a once in a billion years opportunity to go on holiday. So we went to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands and we went to one of those stupid holiday resorts (why would you wanna do that in another country? you just meet people from everywhere BUT the native country l0l).
Anyway, I became friends with a girl like 2 years younger than me when there were hardly any people around my age and I also met her brother and father. After talking with them for like a couple of days someone tells me her father - Rod Frawley - was quite a famous tennis player back in the day and he was doing training sessions with people in the holiday resort.
Ive never heard of him before that time, and I dont know how well known he is. Also, I met the retired coach for my dads favourite second league football (soccer) team: Karlsruhe. Thats about it for my 'meeting with famous people'!
Oh yeah and i havnt talked to his daughter for like 5 years even though I still have her on msn and she's on like every other day... :O_O:

Oh and I nearly forgot about Mr Blobby! :D

I have met the man who does all the Flash cleaning spray adverts. I also took the piss out of Wolves football club with my friend in front of these two guys, one of them who had his foot in a cast, and my friend even turned to him and said "don't worry mate, it could be worse, you could play for Wolves" before we found out it was their goalkeeper. Well, I'm friends with the host of some uber-popular Chilean radio show about J-Pop and video games and stuff, but only online. I'm also friends with a former porn star (not going to name names) who was in several famous porn movies in the 80s.

As for people I've only met, I met Fred Penner, Mr. Dressup, and Terry Riley when I was a kid. I've met Great Big Sea, too. Oh, yeah, I've met Gordon Pinsent, but I was only about 6 months old and mom tells me she thinks he was drunk.

A few years back I met Jaqueline Wilson (not sure if it's spelled right, meh!) and the guy who played Albert (?) in Only Fools and Horses lived around here before he died and though I never actually met him I often saw him on the pavement (no not as a homeless person) when we passed through the town! :)
I dunno if she's exactly famous but someones mother used to talk to me in this library about a book she was writing which was going to be published. Hmm...

Uhhhhhhhhh. I saw the guy who plays Danny Baldwin in Coronation Street in Disneyland* last year! What's his name? I can't remember. I met the two singers of Less Than Jake at a gig a couple of years ago too. And I think that's about it. xD

*I also saw David Tennant in Disneyland once, but I was with Shauna and she wouldn't let me talk to him. Bitch. :mad2: Oh, yeah, I totally wasn't dreaming or anything.

I've met Bryan Adams, he was playing a gig round the corner from my flat, it was just before my mum's birthday, so I took her fav CD by him down there to get it signed for her. He had a video camera on him and filmed me talking to him. It feels weird being questioned by someone famous when your a nobody...

Oh and I met Andrew McMahon from Something Corporate when I was 16, he got the rest of the band to sign my t-shirt after a gig and I spoke to him until I got thrown out of the venue. I used to date the grandson of Maunelle (sp) from Faulty Towers, and I've met him once. I've met Iron Maiden's drummer at a signing one year. That's pretty much it.

Off the top of my head I can think of Pauly Shore, James Cahn, Arnold Schwartzenhaggenwtf, Elvira, and... that's probably about it other than maybe as a child. Oh, and I said hi to Dane Cook after a show of his 'cause he's hot. I grew up spending a lot of time at my grandparents' in Beverly Hills so I've seen a lot more, but those are the ones I've spoken to.

When I was about six or seven my parents took me to a track day at Brands Hatch, and I met Damon Hill, Johnny Herbert and Martin Brundle, although I can barely remember it. More recently, I've been to band signings and met the members of Bloc Party and Editors. I also bumped into Tom from the Paddingtons in Camden Market once, but he was too busy trying to revive the girl he was with to actually talk to me. :D

Oh, and my mum knows the keyboardist from Talk Talk, so I've spoken to him a couple of times.

I saw Gary Neville once at Manchester Piccadilly train station. True to form he was having a full-blown argument with a staff member from Northern Rail.
