What is ???? ??

I've noticed in Super Mario RPG and Bahamut Lagoon there are Items that are called ????. (Eg: Princess' ????, Gunso's ????) I know what their effects are but does anyone know what they actually are?

It's either crazy sensorship of certain items, or bad translation.
