What sort of government would it have?

I imagine it sort of like a constitutional monarchy, think Great Britain.
Cid would be the King and Loony BoB would be the Prime Minister.
The Admins would be the Civil Service and the Cid's Knights would be the Army/Law Enforcement. Recognised Members would be celebrities with lots of influence (think Bono).

Well, this place is probably better run than Britain. It might be easier, but still. We're scaling doonwoords. :)

I think it would be Canada, because almost everyone's friendly, there aren't any wars, and democracy is the preferred format of interaction. Also, everyone seems fairly concerned about health issues, so health care would be free.

They're older than everyone else, many of them are former MPs (CKs), and although they might have status, their opinion doesn't really count for much, and they regularly get the piss taken out of them by those who have the real power. :D
