oh yuck

So I sneezed last night and the icky blobby goo that came out my nose rocketed across my room (I was in bed at the time) and landed all over my keyboard. Now this was a lot of slime, it was not fun cleaning it up.
Now this tale has slight meaning as I got my cold during the hottest weekend in England so far this year (it was hot) and I was wondering if anyone else manages to get colds or the flu during the summer as I always seem to get them now!!

I usually become more ill during the Summer months than I do during the Winter months. I can't stand the heat and it affects me physically in quite a profound way. In this respect I'm one of the few people looking forward to the next Ice Age.

The last time I got sick in the winter was like 9 years ago. I only get sick in the summer which is always worse because it lasts longer in the summer then it does in the winter. :(

I havn't gotten the flu in a really long time. Years. When I was a little kid was the last time I had it, I think. But I think I have a cold right now. I'm glad school is pretty much over.

I dont get sick more often in summer than in winter, but summer means my allergies will be acting up, which is a lot of stuffy noses/watery eyes/feeling like I'm gonna sneeze but not sneezing and sticking knives up my nostrils in frustration. Damn summer.

Here here! I live in the middle of a desert. It sucks. I hate the heat.

I get hayfever in the summer too, usually nothing worse than that though.

I get colds in the winter, but in the summer my face just breaks, into this freaky crippled thing. It just collapses, all of a sudden! I haven't been able to breathe in weeks. No sport for me. :)
