megatokyo.com?
I read it for a couple of years, then I realized I had no clue what was going on anymore, so I stopped. Sometimes I still try to type the url after reading penny arcade.

MegaTokyo is an insufferably stupid production engineered with pathetic precision by a drooling Japanophile for consumption by his equally degenerate otaku brethren.

I actually don't mind it, but I've always enjoyed character drama and drama is certainly iconic to that particular webcomic. Not necessarily well-written drama, but eh. It's something to read. And the art is quite good.
It has its moments, and as someone who enjoys a large amount of webcomics, I definitely make sure to read it when it updates. The fanbase, however, irritates me to no end. I tried registering on their forum awhile back, but they were by and large insufferably rude and aggressive.

I think I've seen those comics in the manga section at Borders...it looked quirky, but I would never spend a penny on it.

I like it quite a bit, but the fanbase of it aside from maybe two people are wholey ignorant of anything that involves even half of a brain. I bring up metal, and I get Slipknot. Go figure.
Ah well, good webcomic.

*otaku and proud of it*
I check it pretty much every time it updates (so, three times a week if Piro's in a good week).
Edit: that said, no, I never registered on the MT forums. Reading them is quite entertaining though.

I have it in my RSS aggregator and read it somewhat regularly. It's mildly entertaining.

I haven't had very much to do with it, but I'd like for it to stay that way. I don't seem to be capable of "getting" it. Boring.
