i know you have to prey to 3 quactaurs, but ive done that before. do they all have to be in a row? is it only possible to prey at certain ones? where do you go after you get 3 to react? thanks.

I dont know but you have to pray to 3 and then find the cactuar ghost in the north i think, no wait its the south;)

You are then led to the half built tower on the right hand side in the south area.

go to the south of the south section (mm south south) near the save sphere you'll see a floating cactuar ghost. you pray at the conductor mentioned above but u cannot pray until the cactuar has arrived so u might as well just follow it.
