How quick do you get giddy from spinning?

I am no good sometimes.

Just watching someone spin can make me feel nautious.

but... if I am the one spinning... then stop after a time, I can either stand, with my eyes continuously looking in the direction I was spinning, then snapping back to normal rinse wash repeat..... or I can collapse.

Just looking at that stuff makes me sick sometimes. I can't handle spinny spinny things at all. It's no fun. And I hate my friends because they always spin me around in my chair and it makes me want to sick up all over them.
