How do I get the Ultima Sword for Steiner?

You can steal it from Maliris inside Memoria.

buy it in Daguerro disk 4.

As the two before me said, you can either steal it from Maliris or buy it in Daguerreo (Disc 4).

But on a serious note, i alway thought that was Steiner's ultimate weapon due to its name.
