Recently I've been questioning the way Ellone is pronounced.

I came to the conclusion a long time ago that it was pronouced like the word 'Alone' but with an E at the beginning.
Then i thought it was Ell- one (1) but that to me just sounded silly.
Now i'm thinking could it be pronounced 'Ell-on -ay'?
The computer voice (Microsoft Sam) says that it is said like the name 'Ellen'.

I want to know how everyone else pronounces it.

I'd say it would be pronounced El-Own. However different regional dialects can drastically change the way a word is pronounced. For example I wouldn't pass by the large majority of Americans to pronounce it E-Lone, as if the second L didn't exsist altogether. Name pronunciation is an iffy subject because there's no "correct" manner that it should be done in.

Due to loads of different pronounciations,it's hard to find the most perefect pronounciation.

I say it as Ea-lone.IMO.

Maybe, depending on whether or not the voice acting sucks.

Actually, I'm American, and I pronounce it a completely different way. I assumed the two "L"s made a "Y" sound, thus:

"Ey-ohn"

Ohn should be pronounced as the english word, "own."

Even if it's 'wrong', I'm gonna keep pronouncing it like that because it's different, and I personally think it sounds better. Maybe a bit more exotic, I guess.
