Where/how do you get the chocograph for Ultima Weapon? What is it called? I have a gold chocobo and like 13 dead peppers. (finally)

If you are on disk 4 then go to the Shimmering Island(Or rather,used to be Shimmering Island) and use a dead pepper.Done.

hmm. do I have to be flying? do I have to be in the water? do I have to dig on one of the little white island thingeys? because I've already wasted 4 dead peppers on this.

No! You just go where Shimmering Island used to be, and use a dead pepper (on the water where the Islands used to be).
