One usernote per person is usually my creed. I came from a board where you could leave one comment in a person's profile, so you made it count with an actual from the heart comment, as opposed to these slews of spam. I treat my own usernotes as such by never commenting in them. I guess it limits the use of the notes, but I enjoy it that way.

Me too, usernotes are like present to be given away and not necessary ask for anything in return.
