I am really starting to get frustrated because the cup still has not become available to me. I am at level 65, the only boss i have not defeated is the very last one, i have participated and met jiminay crickets goals for the previous cups, and tehe cup still wont open. Anybody have any clues or reasons as to why. I really need the last oriacholon+ thing. Thanks

I think that you have to fight Xemnas for the first time before that cup will become available (the solo fight Sora vs. Xemnas).

no i'm pretty sure summons. it maybe forms. i know you havta lvl up your summons to get the hades cup

Goddessof Fate isn't determined by your Specials Level (a stat you can check inside your Status Bar in the Main Menu). You Specials Level is determined by how far along your Forms AND Summons are, as well as some other stuff in the game (gates and checkpoints). So yes, if you wanted to get a new Cup, you would have to balance out the two, or raise one all the way and ignore the other.

However, Goddess of Fate is not determined by level of Forms or Summons. The Hades Cups are. Make sure you have done all the worlds at least twice, and fight the solo duel with Xemnas in Darkness to unlock the Goddess of Fate Cup. Although you should have it, there is the possibility that you did not finish everything (worlds-wise) that you should.
