Stuck in Dino Crisis...

So, being a huge fan of horror and dinosaurs, I really enjoyed this game and managed to get to the moment when Tom dies in only two days.
Anyway, now I'm stuck. :(
Obviously I'm supposed to use some false ID Card or something, but I can't use any computers or anything to falsify it.
I always get this irritating message "You can't use this here.", no matter what I'm doing. :mad:

Hmm, despite fully completeing the game, I cant really help you here, I cant remember the finer points, and it was done a long time ago..

All I remember about this game was playing the demo, where I kept getting the message 'You don't have enough plugs' whenever I tried to use something :chef:
