Ok I'm just having a problem getting the right officers I want. Like for instence I'm the Shu force and im trying to get Zhuge Liang, but for some reason he keeps refusing me. I know sometimes I need certain items to get certain characters, but I've tried many of them and he still wont join me, even if I take over the region hes in he wont join me. Does anyone know what items or what it takes to get certian people. A list of it would help :D . But if know one knows that ok I'll keep trying. Also pls dont send me to any code place like Ign or CCC, I've looked at them all and none of them have anything good.:cry: Also if there is away to get better consulting cards things I would also appreciate that. Thx
