What are your opinions on the Man in the pipe in sector 5? Sometimes I think it is Zack and sometimes I don't. Since he has brown eyes, thats what makes me doubt it. Who do you think he is?

He's just a random clone. It's what's known as a MacGuffin. It's a plot device that seems innocuous at the time, but later on proves to be integral to the whole game.
