If have 2 computers (different locations) on which I want to play the game on (using same account), would I have to have different copies of the game or the same copy or does it matter at all? I think I convinced my dad to let me get the game now. (thanks everyone!)

You can install the game on as many systems as you want, but you can only log into the account on one computer at a time. So you can't log into your account on one computer and have someone else log into it on another computer at the same time.
