It's sauce, you put it in stuff and it gives it flavor. Use it the same way you would use something like worcestershire Sauce.

I'm pretty sure Oyster sauce is supposed to be pretty strong stuff, though, so use it sparingly.

The only time I'm able to go to that store is after church. Besides, that lady just set up a small booth to give free samples so I doubt she'll be there the next time I go. I think I'll try googling for it.
