I am totally listening to Shakira right now, and I love it. I also sometimes listen to the Backstreet Boys, to relive my lost youth.

You know you want to be with me.

What are some of YOUR guilty pleasure songs, or albums, or artists, or genres?! Anything you wouldn't want to show your closest friends hiding in those stacks of death metal CD's? Hmm? Do you have a koRn album hiding underneath all that indie rock stuff? Be honest with us, and revel in your geekerey.

Haha, I find guilty pleasure in listening to emo from dashboard, Rufio, starting line etc.
I am a sell out to my indie roots. :D

Rufio is not emo. The only song that could even be considered remotely emo by them is Drowning.

I hate that I love Michael Jackson so much, especially in recent years.

Aooow! Ah! Billie Jean is not my lover she's justa girl who claims that I aaaaaam the one oo but the kid is not my son! Ok, I'll stop now.

I also dislike the fact Michael Jackson is so good. ; - ;

Hmm *checking playlist*

Mya ft. Missy; My Love is Like Whoa
Pussycat Dolls; Don't cha
Nelly Furtado; Promiscuous
Rihanna; Unfaithful
Black Eyed Peas; My Humps
Ayumi Hamasaki ft. Gackt; Silent Night

Who am I kidding, I love all those songs and don't care who cares. :\ I have no guilty pleasure songs I guess.

Except that Gackt and Ayumi Hamasaki one.

A theme song I share with a friend is "Coming Clean" by Hilary Duff.

A girlfriend dumped me once when she found one of my Hilary Duff CDs.

I would have to say Wicked Game by Chris Isaak and Linger by the Cranberries. I just recently heard those songs (even though they've been around for awhile) and I really like them.

That song by Panic at the Disco about leaving the door open or something. I hate that band but the song is kind of catchy.

I use to hate Panic! At the Disco until I heard I Write Sins Not Tragedies. Now I'm a fan. Funny how that works.

I still listen to alot of old theme songs of shows I watched when I was younger, and I listen to alot of 90's pop songs still, Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys inculded. I sometimes listen to 80's dance music as well. xD Shakira has some good songs. There's much to many to list though, because I don't really have a set taste in music.

With Arms Wide Open - Creed

Oh, yeah, that one as well. A few other Creed songs are good, but overall, I don't like them much, even with my weird taste in music.

The bands I least want to admit listening to...

Aqua: It's just so... energetic... they did barbie girl, for people who don't remember them.

Evanescence: Very very full of melodramatic teenageryness. But I like listening to them :)

I use to love Panic! At the Disco until I heard I Write Sins Not Tragedies on the radio. Funny how that works. Ah, the days when you could say Panic! At the Disco and like three people knew what you were talking about. :)

The Game - How We Do

There was this hang-out place across from my school, and it had a jukebox. And the annoying people who attended my school would ALWAYS play that song until finally it got stuck in my head and I started to like it.

..sheesh, I don't like myself for liking it.. but that's what guilty pleasures are about eh.

There is no reason to feel guilty for listening to Cyndi! Anybody who says there is is indeed guilty of blasphemy.

I don't think I have any guilty pleasure songs. Indeed I tend to be fairly elitist and arrogant about the fact that I'm completely open to music of any genre and that I have a far broader (Read: More mature and appreciative) musical taste than most people (Everyone else).

You're a weiner, is what you are.

When I say guilty pleasure, I mean songs that the vast majority of people either 1) Find ridiculous, silly, cheesy etc. or 2) wouldn't expect you to listen to. Everyone has songs like that in their collection.

I love Shakira, and I'm not ashamed of loving Shakira. I am over the moon for the Backstreet Boys and have been since I was about ten years old. The point is to list the cheesy, silly songs you listen to so we can all make fun of each other and laugh BUT APPARENTLY, YOU DON'T WANT US TO.

I own four Madonna CDs, even the new disco one, and it's yummy guilt all around. Britney Spears Toxic is a huge guilty pleasure for me. I also like real Emotion from FFX-2 :greenie:

Man, I would probably be ostracized if any of my close friends found this, but here goes:

Panic! at the Disco - I Write Sins not Tragedies
Fall Out Boy - Dance Dance
Prince - When Doves Cry
Cascada - Everytime We Touch
Dead or Alive - You Spin Me Right Round
Divinyls - I Touch Myself

And that's all I can think of at the moment. Man, with my luck, this list will be found. :(

And yes, I know I'm weird.

1. I like Hips Don't Lie
2. My friends would join in most of my music.
3. The Ding Dong Song (You Touch My Tralala)
4. Alanis Morisette: It's mostly feminism, but it sounds awesome.
5. To above, I love You Spin Me Right Round. It's freaking awesome.
6. Sonic the Hedgehog (Crush 40) Music.
7. (I'm editing this alot) Loser-Beck (the lyrics are so silly!)
8. Tunak Tunak Tun (title?) by Dahler Mehndi

I will listen to the songs from Blaster Master for the NES from time to time... Nothing like hearing "Level 1"!

Turn it all the way up and just sit there remembering the FIRST video game I EVER played ... Ahhh, the memories...

I am sorry that I ruined your fun :( I suppose Sage Francis would be the closest to that in my case? I don't really have any cheesy songs that I can think of ;_;

Anyways. Honey, and Say Somethin' from Mariah Carey. Agh. I don't know why I like them. I also like a couple Madonna songs. Justify My Love in particular.

This is mildly embarrassing.
