Not necessarily, there are several Fairy and Pryo types that are human, or human-like. For example:

Actually, having been reading the manga whenever my sister gets Shounen Jump (hey, it gives me something to do that isn't chemistry :) ) the Blue Eyes came from a chick. So yeah. Not yaoi, sorry :D
