As i have said,i am wayyy into martial arts of all styles, though i don't go to places and sign up.i practice them myself and with my training partner.does anyone know ANY dexterity exercises/training things/anything to raise my dexterity effectively?this includes but is not limited to agility, reflex, reaction time, movement speed, backpedaling, acrobatics, strafing, evasion, flexibility, etc.

these don't even have to be ones that are proven just please throw ideas out.they dont have to be martial atrs trainin things either and its ok if they require equipment,i have a treadmil at home too.

thanks in advance,
summonercloud.

Why do you ask? Are you planning on becoming a ninja? If so, I suggest you go here (http://www.askaninja.com).

Hm... I suggest that you have your training partner try to sneak up on you, and you have to either deflect his attacks or attack him before he attacks you.

a bag that has a tether line on the top and bottom. Nothing beats full contact sparring though. You get faster because you get tired of getting hit.
