Run or Walk?

And discuss why you do so and why it's better.

I walk in FF 1 because it's a short enough game as it is, and I want to be true to the original version. Otherwise, in most other games in the series I run.

I like running in FFVIII the best because every character has unique sounds when their feet hit the ground. I love the sounds they make. Wierd, now that I think about it.

Runing is better, because you can get to places quicker that way. Most of the characters walk pretty slow for me. The only character that I'd rather walk with is Yuna (in X-2) because she runs like a chicken.

I almost always run because that will get me to other places a lot faster. Especially when controlling Cid in FFVII, he looks funny when running. :p

Yeah I think it's the case with everyone. We're all too impatient I try walking for a little bit then I get impatient and run imagine how long it would take to beat the game when walking.

Yeah, in the first four games where you had to walk, it was bearable. I think adding the option to run kinda makes the games easier. Still, where available, I run.

No i could watch my character stand there and do nothing and the world still wouldn't explode/taken over ect. ect. unless of course there is a clock ticking

I have places to go and people to see so i run. I think that quistis ran kinda girly i hated how she ran and Rinoa looked like a nerd. Cid from ff7 was hilarious

I always run. I know this isn't FF, but in Chrono Trigger, Lucca runs amazingly quick.

Playing FF is like reading a book. You can't wait to see where the gmae/book will take you. So you would like to see that as fast as you can.

In the older (pre-7) games I run, in teh newer games I walk and enjoy the detail they put into the scenery.

Walking through a dungeon is very painful. I always run as fast as a character allows. :(
