anyone know of any plants/herbs or guides online that'd tell me any that have any effects on human with inhalation(not "snorting" i mean like,the scent)loooong story don't ask.

The only thing I can think of is Googling aromatherapy....but most aromatherapy is centered around relaxation, so I doubt it'll be of any use.

true,xaven and giga.relaxation may well help also,i just need some way to figure out the affects and appearences of some plant/herb stuffs.

anything that may do any of the following is my effect goal-

focus
dream vividity
concentration
relaxation

thats really it.what i need is someone to tell me or some type of guide on herb effects and what they look like,and also how i would utilize them once obtained.
these guides may well be seperate,but please do your best to help.

Lavender is considered the best for relaxing, would have to dig out my books to tell you more, but I really can't be bothered right now.

Besides illegal imbecilicalities.It's going to be hard to find a sensory enhancer you seem to be looking for without going the illegal route (depending on where you live). Drug=A chemical substance, such as a narcotic or hallucinogen, that affects the central nervous system, causing changes in behavior and often addiction (Dictionary.com). That's what you're looking for, and most are illegal.

Depends on what you want to use. I'm sure there's both legal and illegal methods of relaxing. As already said, Lavender is considered a good relaxation tool. It is known to stimulate the secretion of epinephrine in the body which leads to relaxation. Other than that, listen to some classical music, engage in leisurely activities, and whatever else helps you relax. There are probably other legal substances that lead to relaxation, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. There are surely illegal routes (marijuana). I can't help you with "dream vividity".

Uh... it is? If you were trying to call people "imbeciles" then that's much easier to type and to remember than "imbecilicalities," which in no way resembles any real word that I know. Hell, it's closer to "technicalities" than "imbecile."

Honestly, you need to look into aromatherapy. They have done countless research into both scents and oils and how they affect the senses.

I believe there are ones that will help with all 4 of those things.
