If I remember correctly what the Auroch Reels are, then yes, I've done a perfect one many times. It's the best attack in the game.

I have, like 20 times. It's easier if your blitzball team is full of original Besaid Aurochs, Tidus, Datto, Letty etc... that way, more Auroch icons appear.

It's one insanely powerful attack, which is great, unless you've maxxed your stats and do 99999 damage a hit, which then your perfect Auroch Reels does as much damage as a normal attack, and Attack Reels becomes the more dominant.

That's false. There are always nine Auroch icons regardless of who is on your team.

Okay. The ball glows light, with some small white energy bolts sparking from it, and Wakka tosses the ball in the air. Wakka takes one step back, jumps and slaps the ball right into the opponent, which then a big non-elemental explosion (like the explosion from Mega-flare) covers the whole of the opponent's side of the field. There is a slight slow-motion pause (more like he's stalling) right before he hits the ball with his palm.

Also, if oyu want to perform it, it's quite easy. You have 20 seconds to do so, which is plenty of time. Look closely at the slots, and you should notice that there is a part of the slot that goes like this.

When you notice the first one coming up, two more will come after, in that order. I press X when the status symbol is close to leaving the centre quare, that way it slows down to hit the second/third Blitzball symbol. When you press X, the reels don't immediately stop at the one highlighted. They go to the one nearest to the centre going upwards.

I have all of Wakka's overdrives but I never really use them. To be honest with you, I never use any of my player's overdrives (except Yuna's_ since they already always take away 99,999 anyway. I have all their Celestial Weapons, and all their stats are maxed. Well, enough bragging, I still need to finish FFX-2 completely - I'm stuck at 94%.

Up until Sin, I'd say Auroch Reels are the storngest if you land it on all 3 Blitzball symbols. It does major damage to all opponents, while Attack Reels does 2/3/4/6/12 weakened (I think) attacks to random enemy targets. However, if you're playing the game 100% and max out Wakka's Strength attribute, Attack Reels comes out on top, as every hit does max damage, while Auroch Reels does 1 multi-hit attack with max damage. This means Auroch Reels is limited to 99999 damage, while Attack Reels can range from 199998 damage to 1199988, which is over a million damage!

It does 12 hits when you get all double (if you get all 3 the same it doubles the hits). No other attack in the game can rival it once you do 99,999 with each hit.

Mostly what I do for monster arena bosses is attack reels on wakka and have others entrust their overdrives to him so he can do more. (Not that I'd lose otherwise, just that it makes things much quicker.) ;)

Note that I have celestial weps, ultimate armors (imo), and 255 in all the stats related to these scenarios, so I don't really worry about dying.

Mindy's Passado hits 15 times, so if you level up Yuna enough that is also more powerful. And it's not that hard to train the Magus Sisters to do what you want them to do.

I sincerely doubt it, as I've used the magus sisters against earth eater many times, with very good (200+) stats, and it never gets anywhere near 99999 per hit. In fact, with full strength, and without the celestial weapons, the characters themselves will sometimes deal less than full damage. The dude has 200 defense after all. Iron giant's defense is higher though, I think.
