What's the big deal? He's saying they pulled out an obscure character. Kirby isn't exactly the big N's largest franchise, and Metaknight certainly isn't particularly recognizable to most gamers. Sessler's the most uneducated game reviewer ever. He gives all Jap RPGS the same cookie cutter review and score and ony gives good scres to games who's companies whore the living hell out of them by putting tons of ads in magazines, TV commercails and all kinds of crap.

Xplay is stupid anyway, they gave off a list of the top ten best PS2 games recently and they DIDN'T even put Resident Evil 4, any of the Devil May Cry games, or Dragon Quest VIII.

ResEvil 4 was better on the Gamecube. DQ8 was excellent, but it wasn't exactly groundbreaking (the battle system is as old as me!). DMC3 was also excellent, but I wouldn't exactly put it in a 'Top 10 of all time' list myself either.
Now, if Zone of the Enders wasn't in that list, then that would be a shame. (Was it?)

I watched Judgement day when I had G4, they are much better reviewers than X-Play, but X-Play had the squirel thing that entertained me.

Actually, I'm most amazed by his surprise that there would be a SSB for the Wii. Given how well loved the first two SSB games were, I would have been far more surprised had Nintendo not come out with another one.

Also, since Wario's fart was the worst part of the entire trailer, it's really rather sad how much he focused on it.

I've always been a pretty big Nintendo fan, and seek out Zelda, Metroid and Mario games as they arise (well most), but I've never really played any Kirby games, and have no idea who metaknight is. Kirby isn't in the same league of Nintendo icons as the holy trinity of classic gaming - Mario, Link and Samus.

You people do realize X-play is basically a satire on normal review shows. Right? The only time they arn't using sarcasm is when they like something.

Oh wait I'm wrong because they make fun of things they like as well. I love X-play, but saddly I'm not defending it. I'm defending Sarcasm. I'm a very sarcastic person, so if they make fun of a game I like, I have to naturally laugh because regardless if the games getting bashed, it's still funny to a person who can appreciate that level of humor. I love FMA, they bash FMA -constantly- but I love when they bash it because they make me want to bash it as well and then go watch it. xD

Point being... Don't expect Adam to say anything great about anything. And don't be offended when your opinion is different then other peoples. :)

Either way I didn't think there was anything wrong with this preview. Meta-Knight is the first character in a SSB game that I've never heard of.
