Hello everyone im new and i have this question that ive been wonderin for a while now..... Does Square Enix use a program to make the later final fantasy games (7,8,9,10,etc) if they do does anybody know what it is called?

Yes they do, and it's called "SUPER RPG MADNESS KAWAII"
Unfortunatly it's only available in japan. :(
