I used Windows Movie Maker, really easy to use. For the muse video, I just wanted to make it completly different from the other videos.

How do you make those, anyway? Lol, I'm clueless.
Using Movie Maker you can place the videos how ya like, and add a song or credits etc. really simple once you've tried it a few times.

ff_sweden - that's the best linkin park/ff vid i've seen. Most linkin park vids aren't that good but that one is excellent.

Thats what I use too. Such a pain when you just want a tiny piece of a large clip :( Also can you use music from CDs or will WMM only allow you to use music thta has been downloaded. Me and Owen have been having this problem. But yeah, they are good, I wouldnt think it was WMM. Well done man!

You can use any part of a large clip. When you put the clip onto the time line(make sure show timeline is pressed) you can then drag from either the left or right of the clip the use only a certain part of it. You can use music from CD's. Most of the music I use are from my cds.

Thanks, but I know how to do it, was just saying it can be a pain. My CD music is soted on my PC in an iTunes file, so I thought it was already ripped? I dont know.

This link will take you to a list of ff8 videos. Choose the one that's called Final Fantasy VIII Movies. CD1 and then after downloading that, find and download Final Fantasy VIII Movies CD2, then CD3 then CD4. This will get you all final fantasy 8 clips. You can use the same method to get clips from the other games aswell.

last night I was making a movie and it just went dumb, and I thought it all was lost, but then after restarting the PC, it said that the project was automatically saved.

If I try to do to many things quickly, It freezes and I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to close the program. It happens at least 5 times when I make a new video. To avoid losing anything, I save after everything I do.

It's Microsoft's fault for making a buggy program.

Anyway my new video -Final Fantasy- Think Of Me will be up in a couple of days. The song is by a band called Jericho Road (never heard of them, only this one song) It's an emotional song, one which I have yet to have done so I'm happy with the song choice.

I'm doing a green day vid after that but don't know which song to choose. It will be either Jesus Of Surburbia Or Homecoming. I want to do a 9min video. (it'll probably be Homecoming.)

Tell me about it. It did that for a bit but it's stopped now. Basically don't try to do too much. WMM takes up a lot of resources.
