I would chose becoming a vampire due to the fact that vampires commonly have the following attributes that I find appealing:

Retainment of sexual appeal and physical appearence, sophiticated, adore and enjoy the arts, have heightened strength and senses, longer life-spans, and last but not least, they are solitary but for their lovers and close, trusted associates.
