Hey guys im new. i havent been making sigs for long then i came here and was amazed at the standard here. This is my first try using grunge brush and all that.

Comments on how to improve would be great:D

As awesome as it is, the current sig you're using is way over the size limit, you're only allowed to have a sig of 50kb total size.

My favorite would be the first if you filled the top blank with a red scheme of the same background of the bottom section. Can you do that?

Very nice stuff. You certainly know what you are doing. Kinda wish I could churn out stuff like that myself. Its just too bad they're all too big to use. Kinda hard to get that quality of work in a 50kb size limit

Well well well, we've got a new sigmaker on the block. The competition is more intense. I absoloutely demand that you enter owen macwere's next round of the sig making competition.

I really like those 3. The arthas one is a great picture of him, covered in some nice brown sort've concrete effect. Vincent with blue is really rare, its ussually black or red. Blues nice. And freya is mad because its just this BL:mad2: :mad2: D RED signature with some faint outlines of her body. Real nice.

2 critisms though.

1-You've got to try and associate the color with the render. For eg. Arthas, king of the frozen throne. He needs to have an undead/ice kind've look. So perhaps a blue and silver look.
2-You need text! Text is essential, you did text for Cloud. That was good. But I wanna see some text like. "Vegeta! The Sien" or w/e

You've got talent though, and I will definatley be back to see your next batch.

See how much better it loosk with text? You got the kindve goofy text for quina, thats awsome. And the curvy interesting text for vivi. Very good.

The green one of Quinas great. Green goes quite well actually.

Not sure about the Vivi one. The blue/black look doesnt really work. And vivi's famous gold eyes have been made blue.

You tend to colour over the entire signature with one particular colour. That CAN be good. For eg. a concrete effect for the arthas one above. That was mad. But see the Quina one? How he isnt blended with the background. I reckon thats the way to go.

EDIT - I like how you used two renders of Vivi. Rather than just the one.

Wow, the Quina one is so cool, very good BG and colours, I guess having many colours in the sig looks better than one. (that's just me).

anyway, I like the Vivi one too, nice font. ;)

I'd say he puts 2 pictures in a sig, and actually succeeds on making it look good. I mean, I've seen some newbies request sigs with about 4 pictures, and it kills the idea of a signature. Even 2 pictures can, but this guy makes it look good.

I like the first one. The second one is just okay. Too many pictures at once. Try either reducing the size or making the canvas size of the sig bigger, if you want 3 pics in it.

the second one looks ok to me, I like renders that takes most of the canvas place. :D

The pokemon sig's colours is associated with the pokemon itself. Always good to have.

The 2nd one. I didnt bother me till genji pointed it out. It's not that big an issue. But 3 renders in a 360x120 signature is a tight squeeze. The idea is good though, the 2 guardians and the summoner.

Keep going. Your one of my favourite sig makers ATM.

File size doesn't matter, even NaroK's biggest ones would be usable on most forums I go to. So I'll just say I agree with the bold part.


As for these latest three, that last one hurts my eyes a bit, but I think it is just me, my eyes don't deal well with certian color schemes that others are fine with. For those three the one with Red in it is my favorite :P.

Hmm, yeah, well. I like them. But I think if you just put one picture they'd look alot better. They are a bit unfocused.

Your sigs are amazing! One tip: try experimenting with borders more. You could do a 2 pixel one instead of a 1 pixel one if it works for example. Or set them to overlay so it blends in more with the colour/lighting scheme of the sig. You can always duplicate the layer if its not visible enough.

Yes, C4D renders are ten times harder than C4D brushs. XXD I am expiremiting with them these days too. But yours came out great, I like these sigs alot.

I know it was way back, but that kimhari one is really good. I love how you squeeze the face into the topright corner, and then leave the rest of the room for his body. Nice there.

As for these other ones, all quite good, you're very consistent, I haven't seen a single dud signature from you. Keep it up.

Well the first one is better ^^ I think the colour of the bg fits with the colour of the image.... You should try to use more blue and balck colours ^^ Just to be different! You sigs are great like this but just to try somethng new;)

Deidra one is especially good, all the latest ones being good.

The border is interesting, Render blends in really well and is a good render in itself. And the text is positioned well and is also made easier to see by a different coloured background.

The one with is paired with it is pretty good, but you should avoid putting white text on yellow colours. Virtually impossible to read (in most cases, you've gotten away with it here.)

Well maybe it's shiny but..er...the 2nd one is good..the colours and sort of matching you know..the first one Sasuke one is abit sharp?The right side of the sig near the blade the colour is nice but it looks busy and sharp and somehow unorganised unlike the ones in the Roxas sig.Anyway it's still better than mine 100 times so Good Luck.

Hmm..one only this time..?Anyway..well uhh..if to compare it with the roxas one..I would say the Roxas one is definitely better...I mean..the colour of the sig looks kinda poor..maybe the render itself is kinda poor?Well I dunno..the kamehameha effects is great...just that the colour isn't really interesting if compared to Roxas one..um..well at least it's a good sig and better than mine :) Good Luck

yeah it'll be hard to beat the roxas sig but Narok can do it ;)

although i don't think that the newest ones are as good as the previous two...

the top one is actually quite cool but without any text it's really hard to see what it is (i still have no idea btw) and it kinda makes the sig annoying and dull ...

and on the "entice" one yeah the text isn't the best perhaps but it's ok :) although the corners all seem a bit off:(... except where the text is!

on the bottom one the corners again... not that good in my opinion... the colors are too sharp and don't fit in the corners just... quite odd actually...

now don't get me wrong the sigs are awesome all of them :D... just some tips and critique for you to get better ;):) soo just keep at it and you'll make a sig even better than the roxas one which by far is your best :D

The Kite sig is a little..horror xD well that's to me only of course..but I like the 2nd one better..Mabe you say it still needs to be work on but I think it's a great sig..Other than the text which i dunno what it meant the whole sig is like a new style and really it's better..might be better than the Roxas one :)

the second one... well the background is good, the text is good, but they don't fit with the render... the render is really dark and the background very bright... it kinda clashes too much... it's acceptable i guess...but you can do ALOT better...

(If you use sigs already with something on the bg like this Planet Renders // Renders - PC Game Renders/MU Online (http://planetrenders.net/renders/displayimage.php?pos=-22832) You just create a transparent layer, paste the render and set it as softlight and the bg melts with the bg you already created ;) )
