I'm only in Lindblum, but so far, I almost shed a tear for Vivi at the Black Waltz #3 incident. Then I was filled with rage and uber pwned him.

Yeah, that's probably the saddest part in the game. It goes silent for ages, apart from sad music, and the Black Mages flying back in slow motion. I love that cutscene so much. Definitely the saddest for me.
