Genji, I'm pretty sure that Owen has you on Ignore. He cannot even see your posts so posting here to give him criticism on his sigs is kind of pointless.

Owen, I advice you to put Genji on Ignore. If not, then please do not respond to any more of his posts.

great sig owen! maybe some more unique text effects may be of help but i say it's a very interesting looking sig. Maybe the Owen part of the text can be a different color since it's in the dark part of the sig and can be hard to read. The effects are very cool looking because C4D can be hard to master at some times so you did a good job. I also like the fact that you don't use brushes in your creations lately because that proves your true potentials and not just your potentials to use other people's work.

I really like that last one Owen, though it's not the sort of render I would use, coz I'm a girl and I like cute and coulorful things not that that matters. :bigsmile: But it's still really good with the effects and that. :p

That sig is pretty cool. I like how there's so many swirls in it :P and the fonts pretty awesome. The only thing that sort of bothers me is the yellow/gold-ish color on the right. It doesn't really match with the rest of the sig color :P

I agree with innocentenshi7 but overall it's a good sig but also the gold colour for me it's ok to be in it.As Christmas are meant to be colourful and joyful so a little colour added is nice too.It's better than mine also so Good Work.

I love the text and the picture, and also the water theme. The only thing I would change is the purple, I don't think it goes well with the blue.

Well it's a nice sig Owen...really good job.But to me I think you can resize the Leviathan to become smaller.I mean...his head is too big in thsi sig for my opinion and my opinion only...overall it's a nice one and the wave is kinda nice

the text is too plain and the whole sig lacks a sharpness to it. It lacks a foreground that really stands out as the theme of the sig. But i like the colors.

Ok, This picture, poster whatever you like to call it lacks sharpness but I didn't know how to sharpen it since it gets pixeled when I sharpen it.
I smudged the Balamb garden picture to make that pic, and I call it "Silver fish" or "Silver rabbit", took about 30 minutes or a bit more.
No brush using, just the small balls and the glitering!.

A new banner, I deleted the file that contained all my old renders, I had to download everything all over again, so I thouight this render looked cool, what does everyone think?. No brushing, just three smudged layers and three C4D renders. =)

That is very nice(though I think you could have done some brushing to improve it). I also think something other than a solid black would have done well for the background. Maybe a black with a blackish-blue color intermingled with it a bit to give it a certian feel. But yeah, I am grasping at things to nitpick(which means that it is good enough that I am having issues finding anything to critique for improvement).

Ah yes, one other thing that I am pulling out of my hat of critique. with how it is now some lighting effects may have really pimp'ed it out. Though that is just a guess on my part(me=sucks at lighting).

I do not see the relevance of showing what image you based it off of, however, nor do I understand what is so great. You smudged a pictured to death and gave it a name. ...Awesome?

It is fine as an abstract image on its own. Not spectacular, but it looks better than something drawn up in Paint.

Oh and with that ff8 Garden one Its cool but wayy to girly for my taste lol stick a pony or sumthin in the middle of it and sell it to sum hippie lady as a poster :p With the ff7 one cut out half the bottom or sumthin it BURNS! but the top half is veryy soothing;) Thats it from me! Well,if I'm to choose...your current using sig/your last sig.Is the best.New style to it and the text are well written in the sense that it's nice.I mean the font is nice.Well,other than that all are great too.Just the 'beautiful' one and the 'space boy' their styles are abit the same.Honestly you've use the same square thing on eyes on quite some sigs you've made :) The Utada Hikaru ones and these ones.

This one is probably the best i have seen of yours.
Aside from the text of course.
The Light source could be changed to a nice complementary yellow though and that ripple effect at the top doesnt look as good, maybe tone it down a tiny bit. The depth is pretty good on this one, just maybe sharpen up parts on the center to make it stand out from the back of it a little more.

yup, i kinda think it's a bit too blurry and dark although that's kinda the fashion for sigs right now...many people blur and all that... just isn't my style i guess... nothing bad about it really.. just not me... :) but i love the ones with cars and the football are my favourites... but the harry potter sig is nice too... :):):)

Well the first one looks really scary,suits the tittle House Of Wax.

The 2nd one..I can't really see clearly what it is...Still the text are something somewhat very nice =)

3rd one the smudging on the sky looks really nice,your good at it.

4th,5th and 6th...I'm not good at commenting on real person on a sig sorry ^^".Still they're nice.

7th one is a smudging?I know you gave me the link to the tut..but just forgotten somehow someway..sorry :eep:.The ships's smudging is nice by the way.

8th.Well it's another simple sig of yours.Simple and neat the colour of the guitar blends well with the colours on the right of the sig.Nicely done.

They're really nice! So how do you do all those nice glowy effects? And how do you fade things out so they look kinda see through yet they blend in nicely?

Hi Owen.It's about time you post some and I gotta say..it's really nice and neat but er..honestly..I mean..most of them are smudging right?I think trying new things would be nicer.Because you've reach a level where you can try other new things already.=)

By the way it's really cool and the Spiderman ones I plan to use it and try smudging it but you use it 1st swt...T_T..anyway Good Luck.

Actually, I use smudging, filters, brushs, C4D renders and many other things sometimes in just one sig. Also, i use bluring and sharpening and some more stupid things ^^
Also, XandrewX that's my style and I like it like that, might change to new things but I'll always come back to this one.

i love the cloud sig although all of them are as beautiful as always...

you make really awesome sigs, I'm sure you already know this... but compliments are always welcome right ;)

nice sigs owen! I like them a lot and especially the one you made for Polaris. Your sigs are all very nice but your text needs improvement. Some of them are too boring while others are just too drastic and busy that it looks really clumsy. Still, very good job with the smudge, C4D, sharpening, filter, and all those long name xD

XAndrewX I know what you mean. On my old account on this forum, there was this guy who basically used a rainbow saturation on EVERY SINGLE Signature. And obviously after a while, It got annoying. And so I said "Why don't try you try something other than rainbow?". And so they made one without, and it sucked.

Smudging is a really common tool used in Sigmaking, and though Owen does it a lot, he does it bloody well. The reason why the rainbow effect was annoying, was because it was blatant, and didn't look that good. If he likes to clean up his edges on his sigs, let him, it's such a small part of the signature.

Btw Owen, you are basically the best signature maker on the forum, so keep smudgin!
