Unless you mean uploading it. In which case you need uploading access to the site, which I would assume you'd already know how to do judging from your signature's URL.

You weren't trying to use BBCode in a website now were you?

uploading means putting an image onto the internet. Like going to photobucket or tinypic.

Usually it's done through FTP programs, but you probably only use free hosts, so there's no need to trouble your mind with those, since your hosts probably won't let you use them anyways:)
