I voted FF but that picture they used to represent it of Ashe or whatever from XII almost made me not want to T_T Am so not looking forward to FF12 and don't really enjoy the newer FFs either... :x

But then again, the original nintendo SMB was the best too XD

You know, you're right - Mario is THE icon of video games. Super Smash brothers ought to win this fight. Hell, in the early 90's Mario was more readily recognized by young children than Mickey Mouse... That has to speak volumes of what Mario means to this planet.

I wish FFs won this one, but I'm not sure if it even matters because I have a feeling Zelda will beat the winner of FF/SMB anyway tomorrow.

That picture of Vaan was terrible. Though I'm glad they picked that Amano guy to go into the background, at least...

I haven't played a Mario game in ages, so...of course, this is a true test of which series is more popular.

I wonder how many people will vote for SMB just because it has a better picture. A knight class from FFI and a girl from an FF that hasn't yet been released outside Japan picking her nose isn't exactly making you think the best things out of FFs. :p

I always disliked Mario cause it was pretty boring running from left to right jumping on stuff. So yeah easy decision, FF owns.
