Kiss Me Good-Bye

I dunno if anyone mentioned it already (I didn't see it on this first page though, so I figured to make a thread, so if it has been, sorry ;___; ), but anyone hear the theme song for FFXII, Kiss Me Good-bye by Angela Aki? I think it's so pretty. :) I found the Japanese and English versions on iTunes. I really like her voice, she sounds amazing in the English version. So those who have heard it, what do you think?

I thought it was pretty good, but nothing special either. Once I hear it as it pertains to the game I'll probably love it ten times more.

I think it's very good. I also listened to the other tracks on Angela Aki's single album, I really enjoyed 'Santa Fe' as well.

Edit: I have only heard the Japanese version. I should look for the English version sometime.

Edit: It seems I do have the English version. Yes, it's very nice.

Yeah, I thought both versions of the songs were pretty. Her version of Eyes on Me was pretty good as well. I haven't heard any of her other songs yet, but I think she has a really nice voice from what I've heard.

I'm trying to stay away from anything that has to do with the game. When you hear the songs and play through the game the first time, without knowing anything, makes it that much more special.

I think "Kiss Me Good-Bye" is a very beautiful and an emotional song. I've heard both the Japanese and the English versions, and while both are great, I think I prefer the English version because it's more orchestral in its style.

I tried to restrain myself and not listen to any FFXII song till I got the game, but... October was (and still is) a hell of a ways away. So I gave in and listened to a few track selections with Kiss Me Goodbye being one of them. I'm so glad I gave in now because I LOVE Kiss Me Goodbye. It's such a bittersweet song which seems to fit the setting of FFXII. I can't wait to play FFXII now :love:

Here is a (Japanese)trailer for FFXII with Kiss Me Good Bye playing in it.Some parts you can't really hear because of the voices (which are in Japanese).I thought it was a beautiful song.Made me wanna "shed a tear for loves mortality".
